Under the guidance of a community sports coach, we make the rounds through Beek. The community sports coach gives tips and adjusts the exercises for the participants. This way you train balance and strength at your own level! We finish at the Kulturhus in Beek where we drink something and chat. Participation is free. The working group ‘Beek Beweegt’ collects the applications. You are cordially invited to join: the route is suitable for everyone, from young to old. It is a pleasant way to stay vital close to home!
