Growing up in a family where one of the parents has mental or addiction problems is not always easy. This is hard on you and your partner, but it can also raise many questions, doubts and emotions for your child. Your child may not always understand what is going on.
By talking, playing and working with peers in the same situation, they find support and recognition. In the group, we explain what mental and addiction problems are and look together with the children at how they can deal with difficult situations. Besides serious conversations, we also have fun and do fun things together.

By doing exercises learn to cope better with the situation at home
