Domestic violence and child abuse are a major personal and societal problem. We are gaining increasing insight locally, regionally and nationally into the severity and complexity of the issue and into the commitment needed to break through and sustainably stop this violence. The fifteen municipalities in the Gelderland Zuid region are working together in tackling domestic violence and child abuse through the regional plan.
By working together, there will be greater consistency of approach and increased cooperation between organizations at the local and regional levels.
