Do you have a parent or caregiver who drinks too much or has an addiction to drugs? If so, it can sometimes be difficult for you at home. Talking about this with others your age helps you better understand how addiction works and then sometimes helps you cope.
Children of Parents with Psychological Problems and Children of Parents with Addiction Problems (KOPP/KOV).
Do you have a parent or caregiver with mental health issues? Or with an addiction? Maybe a KOPP/KOV group is something for you. A KOPP/KOV group consists of peers who are going through the same thing as you. In this group we talk about how addiction works, how you sometimes feel in difficult situations and what you could do about it or who can help you. Of course, you can also come here with all your questions. The KOPP/KOV group is for children from 8 to 12 years old, adolescents from 12 - 16 years old and for 16+.
