This education is online. It is 1 meeting.
We explain what needs to be arranged when you or your child turns 18. We also provide information on what to look out for when you have a disability.

For whom.

This education is for young people with disabilities who are about to turn 18.
The education is also for their parents/caregivers

When?

There is an information session every month. Check the website for the dates of the next information sessions.

Where?

The education goes through Teams. You will receive a link to the education in advance.
